I ship items within 1-2 days of purchase. 

Each purchase is carefully gift wrapped and tracking information provided for every order.

Processing and shipping for custom orders varies and will be discussed with buyer at point of order.

According to Australia Post and your local postal carriers:

Canada: 5-12 business days

United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

United States: 5-12 business days

Europe: 5-12 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 business days

Express Shipping

Shipping upgrades are available for all orders at additional cost, and can be selected at point of ordering.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyer is responsible for all duty, fees and any surcharges imposed by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping services.

Delivery times vary by method and country and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can add to delivery time.

Please check the laws governing jewellery imports and customs duties in your country. Any taxes, levies or charges imposed by the laws of your country are the buyers sole responsibility. We do not collect these charges.

Insurance 

Australia Post automatically insure parcels up to $100 AUD. For anything else it is up to the customer to request additional insurance. Additional insurance is paid for by the customer.
